We offer standard UK delivery starting from £4.95, with free shipping on orders over £75. Local delivery for bulky items like compost and garden furniture is available within a 15-mile radius of our centre.
How do you ensure plants arrive in good condition?
All live plants are hand-picked by our horticulturalists and secured in specialized protective packaging designed to maintain moisture and prevent transit damage.
What is your return policy for non-perishable items?
You can return unused, non-perishable items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you offer a guarantee on your plants?
Yes, we offer a 2-year hardy plant guarantee. If a hardy plant fails to thrive within two years of purchase, we will replace it or issue a credit note, provided you have proof of purchase.
Can I click and collect my order?
Absolutely. Select the 'Click and Collect' option at checkout. Most orders are ready for pickup at our main service desk within 24 hours.
